Job summary
Healthcare Assistant experience is essential (Care Certificate / Health & Social Care NVQ Level 3) with a willingness to train for a Phlebotomy role (if not already) in order to share tasks. Its a fantastic role at the heart of our healthcare provision and can expand as your ambition dictates. Patients love a good HCA and so do we!
Good computer skills are important and knowledge of EMIS Web, Docman and ICE would be an added advantage but not essential.

- Experience in phlebotomy.
- Literacy/Numeracy at Level 2 or above
- Fully trained in phlebotomy (or willingness to undertake training as necessary)
- Fully trained in urinanalysis, BP monitoring, new patient checks, ECG recording (or willingness to undertake training where necessary)
- Fully trained in flu injections (or willingness to undertake training as necessary
