We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Rota Lead/Workforce Admin Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This role is central to supporting high quality patient care by planning, maintaining and updating clinical rotas across Brampton Medical sites.
This role may be based at our Main Practice Site in Brampton or our branch site at Corby Hill. This is a joint working post supported by our our Rota and Data Co-Ordinator in respect of rota management aspect of the role.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Experience using EMIS would be a significant advantage, helping you to navigate our systems confidently from day one. You will be motivated, dynamic and able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clinicians and external partners, while remaining calm and solution focused under pressure.
In this role, you will ensure rotas are kept accurate and up to date, highlight staffing gaps, record absences, action changes, and support the wider team by maintaining clear communication and following established procedures.

Work Pattern minimum of 30 hours required, we are however able to offer up to 37.5 hours if preferred
Days of work Tuesday-Friday. ActualHours of work each day are negotiable with the successful candidate between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm. If full-time, hours can be worked over 4 days Tuesday-Friday or 5 days Monday-Friday
