Job summary
The Richmond Medical Practice provides primary medical services to the population of North Hykeham and surrounding areas. This covers approx 18,000 patients. The practice provides a full range of medical and clinical services
The practice is a member of the OPTIMUS group of practices, which works collaboratively with 5 other practices to provide high quality care to patients.
Main duties of the job

Summarising
records
·
Attaching
and coding letters (EZ Doc)

GP
Links and deductions

Practice

admin duties including answering queries via telephone, Filing, photocopying

Redacting
·
Franking
and taking the post
·
Clearing
of administration tasks
·
PCSE
– ordering, downloading GMS3 forms, requesting notes urgently and queries
·
Carrying
out requests from management as needed
·
Assigning
pathology results

Setting
up and running searches
About us

We offer a variety of methods for patients to access health care to suit differing needs. These include on-day appointments, routine appointments, telephone consultations on most days, home visits where necessary and online access to appointments.
