We are looking to recruit 1 member of reception staff for 23 hours a week. The successful candidate will be required to do the following working pattern DURING PROBATION PERIOD:
Tues 1.30-7.30pm (6hrs) ,
Wed 1-6.30pm (5 1/2hrs),
Thurs 1.30-7.30pm (6hrs),
Fri 8am- 1.30pm (5 1/5 hrs).
After the probationary period the Friday a.m. shift will change to a p.m. shift (1-6.30pm).
- The successful candidate will be working with an experienced team of receptionists and administrators in an Outstanding CQC inspected practice, to help support the clinical staff in delivering a high standard of care to the registered patient population. We are looking for someone to come and work in our happy and friendly team and contribute in a positive way to the team. We have a purpose built building, with secure off road parking and excellent public transport links.
Main duties of the job
Main duties of the job:The post is open to experienced receptionists already working in the NHS and in GP and to people who have no experience. Training and support will be offered. Please see person specification for details of the skills required. A good attitude and strong desire to work and contribute to the team is essential. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, including typing skills) with the public is essential, along with a desire to help people. Flexibility to cover leave is essential.
