Job summary
We are looking for a Workflow Optimisation
Administrator/Admin Assistant join our friendly and busy GP Practice.
This role is offered on a part-time basis for 30.5 hours per week.
The work pattern will be Monday 8.00 to 5.30, Tuesday, 8.00 to 5.30, Wednesday
1.00 to 5.00 and Friday 8.00 to 5.00.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide administrative support to the
Clinical Team by streamlining the flow of clinical correspondence through the
organisation by reducing the number of letters that the GP's need to
process.
You will also be required to carry out a range of other
administrative jobs to include monitoring of the Practice administration email
account, filing and scanning of incoming documents and telephone tasks for the
Practice.
We are looking for someone with previous workflow
experience, who has strong IT skills and who can workefficiently and
accurately. You must also be able to work both
autonomously and as part of a team.
