Operations/Business Manager
27 hours per week
Salary £40,000-£43,000 WTE, dependent on experience
Summercroft Surgery is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operation/Business
Manager individual with strong leadership skills to deal with aspects of
practice and business management.
The successful applicant must have management experience, with excellent
organisational, leadership and communication skills, be able to motivate others
and have a drive to deliver a first-class service to our patients and
community. The role will work alongside the GP partners and department/area

Job Summary:
Provide
day to day leadership and management to enable the Practice to meet its
agreed aims, goals and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and
effective working environment and maintaining a happy and committed team.
Main
areas of responsibility: managing the work of clinical and non-clinical
staff, HR, safe recruitment process, training and development, performance
management and welfare, CQC compliance, health and safety and other
contractual/regulatory/statutory obligations, attendance at PCN, ICB,
community services and other external stakeholders, QOF, claims management
and the general day to day running of the Practice.
