Job summary
The role will entail working primarily as support to the Health and Wellbeing Manager. You will work to support in various ways all of the Health and Wellbeing services: Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescribing Link Workers, and Health and Wellbeing Coaches. They will have needs and requirements that vary and change. This role needs to be able to adapt to urgent needs as well as ongoing administrative duties for each service. You will be organized, able to work independently, and manage your time well to ensure you can meet changing workloads. You will need to be confident in the use of computer systems and adaptable to learning new ones. You will work in different locations within the Sutton Borough. This is a part-time role for 19 hours per week at £15 per hour.
Main duties of the job
Updating the directory of services
Working on the DoS maps across Sutton
Pulling reports out of APEX to send to Services Leads ready for regular review
Ensuring writeups for any engagement work are completed and checked.
Assisting the H&WB Manager in preparing for any events
Attending and participating in regular supervision, appraisals, training, and other internal meetings
Organizing team files and documentation
Adhering to Privacy and Confidentiality Regulations in Line with GDPR
Prioritizing health, safety, and security following the Health & Safety Policy
