Job summary
Kingswood Surgery is looking for a passionate and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or
Practice Nurse to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. In this leadership role, you will provide
high-quality patient care while managing and developing our nursing team of three. Youll play a key role in
clinical governance, compliance, and ensuring safe, effective service delivery.
Main duties of the job
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including managing minor illnesses and long-term conditions. Work
- autonomously and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. Lead and mentor the nursing team,
- ensuring best clinical practice. Oversee infection control, cold chain, audits, and policy implementation.
- Contribute to governance and service improvement. Prescribe safely (where qualified).
