A fantastic opportunity to join a high performing GP
surgery, looking to welcome a new Respiratory Nurse to the team.
As a member of the Watling Street Practice nursing team,
you will be working from our surgery in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes.
In addition to respiratory duties, experience around
chronic illness and immunisations is essential to this role.

Shift Pattern from 25 hours per week
Conversations around flexible working and compressed hours are encouraged
You will be given a set shift pattern, working between
8am & 6:30pm on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, with flexibility to
discuss other hours or days.
We are offering 25 hours per week on a permanent basis,
with an option to work 37.5 hours per week during your first year to assist
with maternity cover.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Respiratory
Nurse to join our clinical team; someone with excellent communication skills, a
strong sense of empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.

Asthma/Peak Flow Readings/Feno/Spiro/COPD

Hypertension Management

Requesting pathology tests, for example urine
culture, bloods

Ability to do referrals to local services

Following agreed clinical protocols with
referral to senior nurses or GPs as appropriate
