We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Main duties of the job
Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound management
- Assist GPs during consultations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Conduct health screenings and organise follow-up appointments as necessary
- Provide health education and advice to patients on various health issues and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with data protection regulations
- Support the practice in infection control protocols and clinical governance activities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist in organising clinics for chronic disease management and immunisations
