Were looking for a GP Partner to join our ambitious, grounded, and genuinely supportive team serving 24,500 patients across three sites in West Dorset.

Main duties of the job

As a Partner, you'll:

  • Help shape clinical strategy and how care is delivered
  • Influence workload, systems, and culture
  • Develop your own interests without jumping through hoops
  • Be part of decisions that actually stick
