Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive practice team at Ammonite Health Partnership. Flexible tiered salaried structure: £12,126 to £13,000 per session.
Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.
Undertake a mix of telephone, online, and face-to-face consultations.
Contribute to the practices QOF, Enhanced Services, and local care initiatives.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and educational sessions.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date clinical records.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including ACPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, and PCN staff.

Ammonite Health Partnership is a progressive, patient-centred GP surgery located in West Dorset, working over 3 sites, serving approximately 24,500 patients. Our practice is proud of its welcoming culture, strong values, and commitment to continuous learning.
Our current team includes: 7 GP partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 5 ACPs, 1 Visiting Paramedic, PCN Aging Well team, PCN Pharmacy team, PCN Social prescribing team, First Contact Physio.
