Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GP to join our team for a salaried position, working 6 sessions per week. This role includes pro-rata on-call sessions, where youll be providing essential patient support and acute care services. The position also involves the possibility of conducting home visits, offering comprehensive care to patients who may require assistance outside the practice.

services, such as the Home Visiting Service, Chronic Pain clinics and Admiral

- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care

- Engage with external agencies as necessary to ensure holistic patient care
- Practice Development and Quality Improvement
- Contribute to maintaining high standards, supporting the practice's QC rating and positive patient satisfaction outcomes
