Main duties of the job

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
  • Managing appointments, patient records, and referrals using our clinical system
  • Handling prescriptions, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality
  • Supporting clinicians and the wider team with administrative tasks

This role requires strong IT skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive, patient-focused approach. Training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (20 hours per week).

Candidates must be available for either of the following shift patterns:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
