Job summary
We are looking for an additional Prescribing Nurse Practitioner to join our existing team providing care in a general practice setting.
We operate a total triage model at the moment, so a clinician will identify patients for the successful candidate to assess, investigate, diagnose, plan and implement care for patients presenting with diagnosed and undiagnosed conditions within your scope of practice.
If the successful candidate has additional skills, in for example, a long term condition, then there is the opportunity to be involved in providing clinics specifically in this area.
