GPS Healthcare

Projects Support Officer

The closing date is 11 February 2026

Job summary

GPS Healthcare is looking for a proactive and well-organised Projects Support Officer to play a key role in supporting the delivery of clinical, contractual and improvement projects across our Primary Care Network (PCN).

Working closely with the PCN & Projects Manager, clinicians and operational teams, you will help coordinate projects, maintain high-quality data and support digital systems that enable services to run smoothly and meet contractual targets. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, solving problems and supporting projects through from planning to delivery.

You will have clear responsibility for key areas of activity, helping to track progress, identify issues early and contribute ideas to improve how we work. The role also includes patient coordination and digital support, making it a great opportunity to develop experience across both operational and project environments within primary care.

Main duties of the job

Coordinating and maintaining clinical and operational reports to support performance monitoring, planning and contractual delivery.

Taking responsibility for project tracking across initiatives such as Health Inequalities programmes, digital campaigns, Local Incentive Schemes and collaborative work with external partners.

Monitoring progress against project milestones and escalating risks, delays or data issues to support timely delivery.

Supporting data quality within clinical systems, helping ensure records are accurate and reflect the care delivered.
