We are looking for an accomplished, motivated manager with
exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to join our large and friendly
team.
We are a Teaching practice with 3 GP partners and a team of
approximately 40 clinical and non-clinical staff, committed to delivering
excellent care to our 14,500 patients. The Practice Manager will work closely
with our team and has support from an assistant who assists with the finance
aspects of the practice and with support from Assistant to the manager.
This role is full-time or part-time(over 4-5 days).

This role is responsible for managing the operational
aspects of the practice, providing supportive leadership to the team,
overseeing the smooth day-to-day running, HR functions, premises/facilities
management, supporting the complaints process and ensuring regulatory
compliance and experience in these areas is required.
The successful candidate will be approachable; team focussed
and will promote a positive work culture and foster excellent team-working.
They will be proactive, with the ability to prioritise their workload and find
solutions.
