You will work three days a week (22.5 hours) at our Surgery in Grantham.

You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and our dedicated practice nurse team, with additional support from skilled managerial, reception and administrative staff.
As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management.

- Travel vaccinations
- Chronic disease management
- Dementia reviews
- Cancer care reviews
- Health promotion and disease management
