You will work three days a week (22.5 hours) at our Surgery in Grantham.

As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management.

  • Contraception reviews and family planning
  • Travel vaccinations
  • Chronic disease management
  • Dementia reviews
  • Cancer care reviews
  • Health promotion and disease management

  • Good IT, organisational, communication and clinical skills
