We are looking for:

PRACTICE MANAGER

30 HOURS PER WEEK

SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Crosland Moor Surgery is a friendly 2 partner practice and we are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated Practice Manager to join our practice team. We are a small surgery with over 4,000 patients serving the Crosland Moor area.

Candidates must have proven leadership skills and be confident in all aspects of Primary care management, finance, IT, planning, and HR. We will be looking for candidates of high integrity and commitment, who are conscientious, and have excellent communications skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Medical Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 2 years (required)

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
• A-level or university degree is preferred

Desirable

• General practice management experience desirable
• HR experience preferred
