Job summary

It is a challenging and exciting time to be working in General Practice. Ensuring patients have the right medications at the right time is essential to keeping them safe and well.

Thats why our medications team is at the heart of our work.

We are expanding our current medications operation and have an ambitious plan to add to our high-quality team to ensure our prescribing practice is first class.

We are looking for a pharmacist to join the team. You may be experienced and an independent prescriber, or a trainee looking for a role offering the chance to embrace life in general practice.

You will be working alongside a Senior Colleague and your training will be undertaken by the whole team, including GPs. When appropriate, we can support you through an Independent Prescribing Course.

We prefer full time (ish) but offer some flexible working and usually work patterns incorporate at least an afternoon off, and we usually work Monday to Friday, no Bank Holidays.

As a pharmacist, you will be joining a team with a Senior Pharmacist, a pharmacy Technician, and highly qualified admin team. It is integrated with the Recall and Comms team.
