Job summary

Bridge House has an exciting opportunity for a GP to join a friendly, innovative practice in Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are looking for a team player with enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference in General Practice from June/July 2026, 4 to 6 sessions per week.This role is for Maternity Cover.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make him/herself available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, triage calls, triage visits, checking and signing of repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.

Bridge House Medical Centre is a highly regarded practice located in beautiful Stratford Upon Avon town centre. We currently operate with 3 experienced GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 2 ACPs, 3 Registrar, Practice Nurses, HCA, Clinical Pharmacist as well as additional roles through the PCN.
