- Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to interact positively and professionally with the public.
- Administrative Experience :
- Experience in administrative tasks such as managing appointments, handling enquiries, and maintaining records.
- Healthcare Setting Experience (Desirable) :
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment, such as a GP practice, hospital, or clinic, is desirable but not essential.
- IT and Systems Proficiency :
- Experience using computer systems and software, particularly those related to appointment scheduling and electronic patient records.
- Multitasking Ability :
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Experience :
- Experience in resolving customer or patient enquiries and issues effectively.
