About us
Our receptionists are the first point of contact at the practice and as part of your roll you will be expected to deal with patients through the telephone as well as face to face. You will also be required processing prescription requests.
Your job role will involve a wide variety of administrative duties that include referrals, patient registrations / deductions, dealing with faxes and from time to time undertake QOF work as agreed with the Practice Manager and GPS.
