About us

Our receptionists are the first point of contact at the practice and as part of your role you will be expected to deal with patients through the telephone as well as face to face.

We are seeking a receptionist to join our very busy practice of almost 6000 patients. This is an essential role, helping to provide a welcoming and friendly, professional service to general members of the public, and all staff and visitors to the practice.

The vacancy is for 5 hours per week and the successful applicant must be available between Monday - Friday.

The successful candidate will need to be hard-working, flexible, enthusiastic, must be able to work under pressure dealing with the general public. Excellent customer service and telephone skills is a must
