Erewash Health Partnership (EHP) is recruiting
a Projects Manager to join a dynamic, collaborative team supporting healthcare
delivery across EHP constituent practices and Erewash PCN-wide.
Erewash
Health Partnership (EHP) was established on 1 April 2018 and is a single GP
Partnership comprising of seven constituent practices. EHP employs approximately 240 people who work
within the constituent practices and central team.
Our Projects Manager will lead on the delivery
of improvement projects for our practices and patient population, working
collaboratively across our practices to ensure successful project
implementation.
Main duties of the job
The Project Manager will have the following
core responsibilities:
- Project Management for mobilisations and
service improvement initiatives.
- Developing plans for projects identified
by EHP SLT, Practices or the wider PCN and support Project Leads with the
implementation of the projects.
- Deliver focused improvement projects
across 7 GP Practices within Erewash Health Partnership and across 11 GP
Practices for Erewash PCN.
- Travelling to sites, where needed to
oversee project delivery.
- Conduct reviews and map current
processes, to proactively recommend improvement projects to EHP SLT as well as
EHP and Erewash PCN Board.
- To
be prepared to 'roll your sleeves up' and intervene when projects are not
progressing as planned, identify blockages and work to get projects back on
track.
- Engage
and work with stakeholders across the organisation to successfully deliver
projects, monitoring and escalating risks and issues.
- Facilitate
shared learning, throughout and after project completion as well as processes
by which the impact of the project can be measured against its objectives.
- Work
with and for Practice sites to support collective delivery of targets,
ambitions and improvement.

This
role reports to the Chief Operating Officer for Erewash Health Partnership,
based at Littlewick Medical Centre, in Ilkeston. While based at Littlewick
Medical Centre, the successful post holder may be asked to travel to liaise
with stakeholders, and oversee project delivery across PCN and EHP practices,
