The Opportunity

Were looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our supportive and well-established nursing team for 27 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. You will be joining a team thats proud of its strong systems, friendly culture and shares purpose providing exceptional care to our patients.

Youll play a key role in delivering a full range of nursing services, with a particular focus on chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, CHD etc.)
• Wound care and management
• Cervical screening
• Child and adult immunisations
• Ear irrigation
• Blood pressure monitoring and health checks
• Requesting and interpreting pathology tests
• Spirometry and peak flow readings
• Supporting the wider clinical team and contributing to service development

About You

• NMC registered
• Experienced in (or willing to develop) chronic disease management
• Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise a busy workload
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
