Trinity Medical Centre in central Hove is looking for a proactive and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our expanding prescribing team. Were a friendly, forward-thinking practice formed from a merger of three local surgeries, caring for 25,000 patients in a modern site with great transport links. About the Role As part of our clinical pharmacy team, youll help improve the quality and safety of prescribing and support medicines optimisation across the practice. Youll play a key role in medicines reconciliation, patient support, audit work, and reducing prescribing workload for GPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support safe, effective prescribing and medicines optimisation
• Provide advice to clinicians and patients on medicines queries
• Carry out medicines reconciliation and clinical audits
• Contribute to prescribing safety and local enhanced services work
• Liaise with community, hospital, and ICB pharmacy teams

Essential Requirements

• BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science and NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills (or equivalent)
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of medicines optimisation, pharmacy law, and NHS primary care

Desirable

• Medicines Optimisation training or CPPE Primary Care Pathway
• Experience in GP practice, hospital, or ICB pharmacy roles
