Working closely with the Lead Recall Administrator you will support the booking of patients with chronic diseases for their annual reviews.
Duties will include booking appointments, running database reports and updating patient records using our clinical system

Duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Deputy Practice Manager or Practice Manager, dependent upon current and evolving practice workload and staffing levels.
Recall/QOF/LCS
Understand and appreciate performance indicators relating to the successful delivery of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) , Impact and Investment Fund (IIF) and Locally Commissioned Services (LCS(
Overseeing month of birth recall for QOF/chronic diseases to ensure incomes and practice performance against a targets are maximised
Coordination of Housebound and Care Home chronic disease reviews
Support with accurate coding of indicator activity and exception reporting under the direction of clinicians
Recall of Child Primary Immunisations, working closely with the Child Imms Team. Liaison with parents of newly registered children to ensure their immunisations history has been fully entered into the patient record
Promotion of Health Campaigns, such as cervical screening, NHS Health Checks, Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations
Creation and delivery of patient communications using either text or letter for health screening and promotion
