We are seeking an experienced and forwardthinking professional to design, develop, and launch a new Private Service within our healthcare organisation. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategic and operational requirements of private healthcare delivery and can lead the creation of a highquality, patientcentred service from concept to implementation.

Whaddon Healthcare is an innovative, well established CQC rated Outstanding GP Practice which also provides a range of specialist Community Services including Cardiology, Respiratory, Gynaecology and BLMK Long Covid Service.

We work over two purpose-built sites in Bletchley with a list size of 22,000 and growing.

Key Responsibilities

Service Design & Strategy

Develop a comprehensive vision and operational model for the new Private Service.

Conduct market analysis to identify patient needs, service gaps, and competitive positioning.

Define service scope, pricing structures, patient pathways, and quality standards.

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, clinical governance frameworks, and organisational objectives.

Operational Development

Create and document endtoend processes, workflows, and policies for the service.

Work with clinical and administrative teams to establish efficient booking, triage, and care delivery systems.

Identify required resources, including staffing, equipment, and digital tools.

Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor service quality and financial performance.

Implementation & Launch

Lead the phased rollout of the Private Service, ensuring readiness across all operational areas.

Coordinate training and onboarding for staff involved in delivering the service.

Collaborate with internal teams on branding, communications, and patient information materials.

Oversee early service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes based on feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with senior leadership, clinicians, and administrative teams to ensure cohesive development.

Build relationships with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to the leadership team.
