We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their friendly, high-achieving and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be based at one of our surgeries, Willows Medical Centre and will be a part of a positive and proactive management team. They will receive support from and work closely with, our Head of Operations, the HR team, the Finance team and our own in-house Digital team in addition to the wider multi-disciplinary staff group which forms the Willows Health family.

Main duties of the job

  • Managing the team onsite
  • Ensuring clinicians have filed pathology results
  • Managing on-site significant events
  • Task Management within the team
  • Monitoring telephony demand/capacity
  • Induction & training for new staff
  • Carrying our probation reviews and appraisals
  • Management of payments for private work
  • Absence management
  • Dealing with complaints

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
  • Excellent team-working and communication (written and verbal)
  • Competent in prioritising, delegating, and working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to implement good governance in your role
  • Supportive
  • Willingness to learn

Desirable

  • Experience of working in primary care setting, preferably a GP Practice
  • Experience in using SystmOne
  • An understanding of safeguarding issues
