Job summary
We are a busy teaching and training practice with approximately 13,000patients. Our innovative multidisciplinary team includes 5 GP Partners, 8 salaried GPs, 2 Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants, 1 Phlebotomist all supported by our Patient Administration Team.
Main duties of the job
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients, manage enquiries, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of practice resources.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to clinical staff.
