Jessop Medical Practice is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our friendly and supportive team.
Due to increasing patient demand and ongoing service development, we are looking to expand our clinical capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, forward-thinking practice with a strong team ethos.
You will be joining a highly collaborative and experienced clinical team consisting of 5 GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and a dedicated Pharmacy team. We value teamwork, mutual support, and creating an environment where clinicians can thrive.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through advanced clinical practice, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Working both independently and collaboratively, the ACP will play a key role in enhancing service delivery and improving patient outcomes.

- Prescribe medications, order investigations, and initiate appropriate treatments in line with clinical guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Support the training and mentorship of junior staff, students, and peers.
