Overview:
As an Administrator/Receptionist working Wednesdays-Fridays, you will support administrative tasks, patient screening, and operations, collaborating with the Practice Manager and teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Check and action admin inbox.
2. Action diabetic eye screening recalls.
3. Send smear screening invites.
4. Run QOF dashboards and book patients accordingly; report monthly QOF progress.
5. Order equipment/stationery with Practice Manager approval.
6. Clear and actionSystemOnetasks.
7. Chase outstanding referrals; report delays to Practice Manager/clinical staff.
8. Handle patient registrations (FP22/FP69) and deductions; report monthly to Practice Manager.
9. Perform dictation tasks.
10. Assist Practice Manager with ad hoc tasks (e.g., projects, operations).
11. Reception duties
12. Additional duties:send patient letters,assistwith PPG meetings, update compliance dashboard, action insurance reports.
13. Referrals and 2ww
Monthly Duties:
Check stationery/medical equipment stock; order with Practice Manager approval.
Update fire extinguisher log for compliance.
