Operations Management: Ensure efficient workflows for appointments, patient records, and correspondence.
Compliance & Data Security: Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR, NHS policies, and practice protocols.
Patient Service: Handle queries sensitively, resolving issues and improving processes where needed.
Practice Projects: Assist with audits, recalls, and service improvements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with clinicians, management, and external partners.

Experienced inprimary care/admin leadership(GP practice experience desirable).
Highly organised with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Excellent communicator, able to lead a team and interact with patients professionally.
Proficient in SystmOne (preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of NHS policies, CQC standards, and data protection.
