The Data & Reporting Officer is responsible for producing accurate and timely reports from clinical systems including SystmOne and EMIS Web to support the operational and strategic needs of the organisation. This includes running and maintaining reports for QOF, eConsultation activity, public health programmes, performance monitoring, and population health initiatives. About us

Fuller & Forbes Healthcare Group is a multi-site primary care and community healthcare provider delivering services across six locations in England: Gateshead, Burnley, Leeds, Exeter, Barnstaple and Plymouth. The organisation provides high-quality, patient-centred care through a combination of traditional general practice services and innovative community-based models.

In addition to its core practice locations, Fuller & Forbes holds two further commissioned contracts in Devon, delivering Same Day Acute Services (SAS) and Discharge to Assess (D2A) pathways. These services support system-wide priorities by improving patient flow, reducing unnecessary hospital admissions, and enabling safe and timely discharge from secondary care.

The organisation operates with a clear board and governance structure, supported by a wider central team that includes roles such as Project Manager, Data Quality Lead, IT Lead and operational support staff. This structure enables consistent standards, strong oversight, and effective delivery across all sites.

Fuller & Forbes Healthcare Group places a strong emphasis on innovation and digital enablement, focusing on practical solutions that maximise clinical capacity, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable models of care while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
