An exciting opportunity has arisen at Millcroft Medical Centre for a Triage Nurse to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking individual who can work as an autonomous practitioner but also work well with a large multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
The Triage Nurse role is integral to ensuring that all patient requests into the practice are clinically assessed and prioritised accordingly.
The post holder will identify the clinical need and urgency to provide a timeframe for intervention, allocating them to the most appropriate clinician or service to meet the needs and will provide advice and signposting as required.
