Are you an experienced Practice Nurse seeking a new fulfilling opportunity? Or are you a Nurse looking to move into General Practice? Millway Medical Practice, an esteemed, high achieving NHS GP practice in Mill Hill, is excited to welcome a new practice nurse in to our dynamic andexpanding allied healthcare team. We can accommodate part time or full time hours for the right candidate, if selected at interview please let us know your preferred working pattern.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care. As well as providing the full range of primary care to our patients, including: immunisations adult and children, cervical cytology, wound management and all the normal duties of a Practice Nurse.
An individual who can work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.
To be considered for this exciting role you must have UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience as well as the Right To Work in the UK
