Main duties of the job

What we are looking for:

From initially liaising with patients via phone/in person, supporting patients onward care (ie via a referral to other services), helping support ongoing care ensuring records are maintained/coded and up to date or helping to facilitate administration requests such as repeat medication, registration etc

  • Ideally some experience in a healthcare setting perhaps as a Healthcare Assistant or administrator?
