Main duties of the job
What we are looking for:
- Compassionate care giver: you are dedicated to providing top-notch service to every patient. From initially liaising with patients via phone/in person, supporting patients onward care (ie via a referral to other services), helping support ongoing care ensuring records are maintained/coded and up to date or helping to facilitate administration requests such as repeat medication, registration etc
- Team enthusiast: you thrive in a team setting and contribute positively to our close-knit crew.
- Innovator at heart: you're excited by the chance to implement new healthcare models and embrace technology to enhance patient outcomes.
- Cultural connector: you understand and respect the diverse backgrounds of our patients, offering care that meets their unique needs.

The Nitty-Gritty:
- Ideally some experience in a healthcare setting perhaps as a Healthcare Assistant or administrator?
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a dash of independence
