Job summary
We are in search of an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and organised ANP to complement our team, working 2 full days per week.
TRI-LINKS is a well established friendly high achieving training practice and provides care to 7,100 patients. As part of the Mercian Network, we are a forward thinking practice and keen to embrace new methods of working for the benefit of our staff and patients.
You will be working with a compliment of other health care professionals including GP's, another ACP, Clinical Pharmacist and two practice nurses.
You will be required to undertake telephone triage, minor illness clinics along with home visits as required.
Main duties of the job
You should be able to undertake telephone triage and minor illness clinics.
You should have the following skills:
RGN/RN With current NMC registration
MSc or BSc, Nurse Practitioner degree
Independent prescriber
Willingness to undergo education
Willingness to work toward professional and performance objectives (appraisal)
