Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our reception and administrative team to support the smooth running of the practice. You will be working with an established team, supporting the clinical staff on a daily basis.
We are looking for a hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and provide high quality administrative support to our practice team.
You will need excellent time management, administrative skills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous experience of working within the NHS would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

About us
We are a friendly GP practice consisting of 6 partners, 1
full-time nurse, 2 part time HCA and supported by an experienced admin team.
There are approximetely 9000 patient registered here.
We work closely together to ensure a smooth running of the
surgery.
The Practice is located 25 minutes from Cardiff and Swansea
and is less than a mile from Junction 37 of the M4.
