Are you our new GP partner?

Eastgate Medical Group are looking for a 6-8 session clinical partner.

Humour and mutual support are key values within our partnership. Collaboration and commitment are paramount as we aim to deliver high quality patient focused care.

We support personal development including special interests. Our current GPs are active in Training , the LMC, the PCN, Appraisals, Minor Surgery, LARC services, Care Home Services and more.

We support our colleagues wellbeing and development through regular in-house meetings and access to educational sessions.

Main duties of the job

Responsible for assessing patients, working with our multi-disciplinary team and undertaking all clinical duties associated with work as a general practitioner in line with GMC and RCGP standards. Duty Dr on rota day, your work will involve face to face and telephone and all related clinical work. You will also support the team to achieve the surgery's QOF and enhanced service targets.

We are located over 2 sites in the beautiful towns of Knaresborough and Harrogate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

We have a growing list size of 12700 patients.

Eastgate Medical Group is a long-established training practice and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to patients, as well as providing a very supportive and friendly working environment for all our team.

We currently have 4 Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, and a strong nursing team.

We are supported by a fantastic practice based administrative and reception team together with ARRS First Contact Physiotherapists, a Social Prescriber, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, a Health and Wellbeing Coach and a Paramedic.

  • An interest in becoming a Trainer
