We are a well-established practice working across 2 sites
with a list size of over 18,000 patients and we are looking to recruit an
enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to complement our friendly and dynamic
team. If you are hardworking and passionate about providing a high standard of
care to our patients, we would like to hear from you.
The salary is dependent on experience (equivalent to AfC pay band 5-6). NHS Pension Scheme available.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will help ensure a high standard of care for all our patients, with particular focus on the management of long-term conditions. While the practice is highly supportive of professional development opportunities, we are seeking someone with primary care experience who can truly hit the ground running.
This is a permanent, part-time position (2530 hours per week) offering a wonderful working atmosphere within a friendly and supportive team. Our forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team includes GPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs, and Phlebotomists, all supported by a strong administrative team.
