Full-time & Part-time hours available (37.5 hours per week for full-time)

With a new management structure, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic and welcoming administrators/receptionists to join our close-knit and supportive family team.
Prior experience with SystmOne is a plus, but don't worry if you haven't used it before we provide full training!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and handling inquiries (in person, by phone, and online)
- Supporting clinical staff with admin tasks
- Keeping things running smoothly with your excellent organisational skills
- Working as part of a friendly, flexible team

Main duties of the job
Administrative Tasks
- Assisting with patient registrations, managing workflows, and handling hospital correspondence.
- Updating and coding medical records, emails, and safeguarding information.
Reception Duties
- Managing patient appointments, e-Consultations, and assigning workloads to clinicians.
- Providing a welcoming and helpful service to all patients.
Prescription Processing
- Handling prescription requests, monitoring medications, and managing document workflows.
Telephone Support
- Answering patient queries and calls, following established protocols.
- Ensuring patients receive the right advice or are directed to the appropriate team.
Problem-Solving
- Supporting patients, doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
- Addressing any issues efficiently and professionally.
Records & Data Management
- Organising and retrieving medical records, letters, and test results.
- Keeping patient information up to date on the system.
Practice & Premises Support
- Opening and closing the practice, ensuring everything is set up for the day.
- Keeping waiting areas and consulting rooms tidy and well-stocked.
Additional Responsibilities
- Taking part in team meetings and training.
- Keeping accurate records when requested.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality to protect patient and practice information.
