St Johns House Medical Centre has an
exciting opportunity for a new team member to join our established, friendly
and dedicated hard working team.
We
are a large practice, working from purpose-built modern premises in St Johns . We are
looking for a flexible, hard working and reliable person, who enjoys analysis of data and making operational changes to the benefit of the business, staff and services we provide.
It
is a new, varied and interesting role. Ideally you should have experience of working within a healthcare setting and be educated to GCSE level or equivalent .

Main duties of the job
Ensure that all clinical templates contain the most up-to-date clinical
codes to ensure that activity is successfully captured
Managing,
analysing, interpreting, presenting and reporting on Practice and patient data
using Power BI and other tools.
Analysing,
interpreting and reporting against DES, LES and prevalence specifications to
ensure successful delivery for the Practice contracts
Processing
and recording data in accordance with Practice Protocols
Work with the practice manager, GPs and clinical pharmacists to ensure
the practice is compliant with CQC standards where medicines are involved,
including inviting patients to medication reviews and taking action for those
who fail to attend.
Promote safer prescribing by conducting the searches for audits as
directed by GPs and clinical pharmacist.
Carry out accurate clinical coding of patient records in line with
practice and national standards.
Manage and process prescription requests, ensuring safety, accuracy,
and alignment with prescribing protocols.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and assist with audits
or data collection as required.
Coach,
train and develop colleagues within own scope of work.
Presenting
Data to Management
Oversight of monthly PPA claims, ensuring all PPA items are correctly claimed for and processed.
Build, test and publish emis web protocols to align monitoring requirements for medication, in line with NICE guidance.
