**This is a 15-hour part-time post (7.5 hours per day) worked Tuesday & Friday, between the hours of 8-6pm.**
**Interviews will take place week commencing 2 March 2026.**
To provide support to the Administration Team Lead through the personal provision of a range of delegated clerical and administrative tasks.
Processing of Subject Access Requests in line with current legislation ensuring records are checked and all third-party information is removed prior to being released.
Processing and coordinating of medical/insurance reports ensuring accuracy and completion to a high standard,identifying the requested data/information from the patient's medical record and allocating to the appropriate clinician where input/sign off is required.
Work closely with, and under the direction of, the Administration Team Lead to improve quality and performance standards across a range of Administration Team activities.
Main duties of the job

Liaise with and be for point of contact for queries from colleagues, patients and other agencies for SARs, insurance/medical reports and related work recording accurate and concise messages.
Processing of online access to medical records requesting reviewing medical records and hiding third party and sensitive data from the online record.
Ensure safe and secure transfer of medical records, reports, and other confidential data.
Stay up to date with developments/updates in healthcare laws and regulations, including GDPR, to ensure ongoing compliance.
To retrieve medical records as required to assist with completion of SARs and reports.
To have responsibility for invoicing for medical/insurance reports and other private work.
To provide cover for members of the team during periods of sickness and annual leave.
Assist the Team Leads and Managers to ensure and maintain compliance with CQC and Health & Safety standards.
