Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Senior Manager to lead our accomplished practice team. This is a key role and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading on traditional practice values, practice strategy, finance, HR and operations.
- Candidates must be experienced, versatile, conscientious and able to provide management and leadership for this patient centric practice.
- The person appointed will be appropriately qualified and have outstanding leadership, HR and organisational skills with a head for business and finance, and a heart for people and professionalism.
- Supported by the partners and an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable and efficient working environment.
