We are looking for a talented, compassionate and inspiring leader to come and join our fantastic team at our busy and vibrant central London teaching practice. We are a very friendly , dedicated team where all our doctors, nurses, clinical and admin staff join and stay.

With a growing registered list of over 15,000 patients, strong links into the leadership of the North Southwark GP federation and the London Deanery as well as links with Kings College Medical School we offer an exciting, innovative and challenging place to work.

Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Senior Manager to lead our accomplished practice team. This is a key role and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading on traditional practice values, practice strategy, finance, HR and operations.

  1. Candidates must be experienced, versatile, conscientious and able to provide management and leadership for this patient centric practice.
  2. The person appointed will be appropriately qualified and have outstanding leadership, HR and organisational skills with a head for business and finance, and a heart for people and professionalism.
  3. Supported by the partners and an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable and efficient working environment.
