Practice Nurse / Nurse Associate

Job summary
Hours: Ideally two long days (Wednesday and Thursday), but we are happy to be flexible for the right candidate.

Contract: Fixed term for 6 months, with a possibility of extension
Main duties of the job
We're ideally looking for someone confident in delivering a range of services including:

Venepuncture
-
ECGs
-
Urinalysis
-
Cervical screening (smears)
-
Baby and childhood immunisations
-
Wound care and dressings
-
Chronic disease management (desirable but not essential)
If you don't yet have experience in all areas, we'd still love to hear from you. Training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
Essential Requirements

NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Nursing Associate (NA)

A passion for high-quality, patient-centred care

Strong communication and teamworking skills
