Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of healthcare settings. The ANP will work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical training, excellent decision-making skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Main duties of the job

  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and clinical examinations.

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Prescribe medications and other therapies in accordance with local regulations.

  • Request and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging).

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.

  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.

  • Adhere to clinical governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in teaching, mentoring, or supervising junior staff and students.

  • Contribute to service development and delivery improvements.

    Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).

    Desirable Skills:
