Brewood Medical Practice have an

We are a semi-rural, part-dispensing
General Practice with a list size of approx. 11,000 patients
Emis Web is our clinical system team.
Main duties of the job
Working strictly in
accordance with specific Practice guidelines and protocols, the Practice Nurse will
assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed
programmes of patient care. We would
encourage the successful candidate to lead on areas of patient care that are of
interest to them, appropriate to the role and fits in with the practices
requirements and vision. The successful
applicant will have a good clinical, IT and interpersonal skills and be willing
to upskill according to need. We are willing to support the right candidate through the fundamentals
Previous
GP Practice Nursing experience is essential, additional training can be offered

About us
We are a
friendly semi- rural Practice, are main site in Brewood is a purpose built
building with staff and patient parking, we currently have approximately 11,000
patients, with 2 sites, Brewood and Wheaton Aston.
We
currently have 1 GP Partner, 1 Pharmacist Partner, 7 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Prescriber, 2 HCAs,3 Pharmacy Technicians and a Dispensers and we have access to the
services of an MSK. We
have a variety of support staff which include a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Clinical Admin Manager, Clinical Support Manager and a Management Asistant.
