Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team for 4-6 sessions per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a focus on promoting health and managing chronic conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, ensuring appropriate management plans are in place.
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.
- Engage in public health activities, including immunisations and health screenings.
- Offer home care services for patients requiring additional support in their living environments.
- Provide care for seniors, including those in nursing homes or requiring ICU-level attention.
