Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team for 4-6 sessions per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a focus on promoting health and managing chronic conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, ensuring appropriate management plans are in place.
  • Provide preventive care and health education to patients and their families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.
  • Engage in public health activities, including immunisations and health screenings.
